Re: Materials has dissapeared fro raylectron
It looks like it's not looking in the proper folder or that it has moved. When you click on the yellow folder icon next to "Convert this material", does it open the right one? It should be in your "Documents\Raylectron\Favorite Materials".

Re: Parallel Projection Render Issues
I've never experience this before. Can you orbit etc and still all black?. Is it an outdoor scene? Can you PM me some screen shots or even PM me the SKP model? It's very hard to find the problem without visualizing it.

Re: Bug in the GPU render's Poup-ups
You do not need to de-activate the CPU to install the GPU, the activation is good for both and you can install both (in 2 different folder) and create shortcuts to use either. As for the resolution, must be a bug and we will address this. But, did you first stop the render and place it in performanc...

Hello Rick,
I have reset your activation code so you should not have any problems to activate now.

Re: Date of saved file is today rather than date of file on server
BW does save the date returned by the server. However, if the file is auto-generated via a script like PHP then the date will be the time of the download.

Re: downloading full-sized images from coppermine gallery
yes it should, well, it uses the date the server returns. If the file is from a PHP script for example, it more likely have the date it was generated (the date the picture was viewed).

Re: slow rendering
With 112 lights, it'll take more to update. Mine took 5 min to update with 48 lights. You need to look at the % at the bottom, next to the Free memory, it would be like "This frame: 35%". Do you need that many lights? Combine the emitting faces that are clustered together into a group, say...

Re: slow rendering
One quick observation... My skp2019 say that there are problems with some edges, fix them? I said yes. Isn't your skp2017 say the same? 1. Your "Aluminum" material is set to 50% Reflection and 10% Shine, make the Shine 0% because the two together in some occasions will loop, there is no ne...

This is not something we can fix via phone or TV. The best is for you to PM me your SKP file and I'll export it, render it and see exactly what the problem is and fix it.

No need to uninstall, simply download the Installer (the update not the full) and it will update the files... http://raylectron.com/Raylectron_Setup_Update_Win64_CPU.exe There are 3 Michael here. Have you updated to 4.99.11? This bug has been fixed, where the ray keeps on looping sometimes when using transparent images like for trees (the leaves). Michael isn't around, been a long while.

You got it. For the "Save as", we'll simply add another "Save as with layers)". The Transparent background question is only asked when saving in a format that support transparency, in the case of jpg, it shouldn't ask.

Re: Skatter Support
The problem with this is that it export the geometry as triangles and Skatter paint the grass blades in a way that it create distorted textures per triangles, hence the many almost identical textures. This is something in the works, to try and export as many quads as possible beside triangles, which...
