1. Added a "More..." menu item in the render resolution to directly access many known resolution formats for 4:3, 16:9, 16:10 and 2:1 ratio.
2. Remembers the last OpenGL settings.
3. Added a list of light objects in the Emitter material editor so you can turn On/OFF individual lights that uses the selected material.
4. Save render image now no longer ask to save layers, there is a new Save item that will do it.
5. Save render image remembers last setting as oppose to always assume PNG
6. Saving will now default to the model directory not the last saved directory.
7. Some other tweeks.
