Activation not working...

Greetings!

I updated my computer from Win7 to Win10 and when I try to put my activation code in to re-activate my paid version of Raylectron, it gives me an error and won't activate. I am hoping for a solution and would be incredibly grateful for any information on a fix...Thank you!!! Oh yeah, if it helps, I am running the standalone Sketchup 2017, so it is not related to any of the Sketchup 2019 issues:-) Thank you again!!
