Program stalling

Hi I have not render for a few weeks. Just tried to render a model so after loading it is ok until I turn the Sun on where it stops rendering and sticks on usually about three frames. There is nothing I can do so I try to shut it down but have to do it through task Manager. I shut my computer down and restarted , loaded the model again same behaviour?

Cheers

Sorry to be late in my reply. Glad it's working now, perhaps there was some wrong hidden geometry, but if it happens please let me know.

Found the problem and made some changes to prevent it. The problem was, for example, if you have a floor and place a glass cube on the floor, the bottom of the cube occupy the exact same space as the floor, so when the light enter the cube and travel to the bottom, it doesn't know which face it hit and it may put it in an endless loop. I'll PM you the update shortly for you to try it.
