Are you using international or special characters in the file name?
Have you tried to open the .rof file from the Raylectron File/Open menu?

The window doesn't appear right to me. The buttons and the interface looks like Win98 but you are using Win7, and some of the things are to the right as oppose to the left. Did you change the Windows theme to be that of Win98? Maybe un-install it then re-install see if this will fix it.

I use the computer in Hebrew and English USA. I've Never had problems like this with filenames in any program I have installed. in any program i can save filenams in English or Hebrew.
Fact, sketchup works without any problems, Hebrew or English.
the windows of the computer are from right to left like Hebrew.
I removed the program and installed again. Still the same problem.
I am very interested in purchasing the software. Please fix the problem.

Raylectron is suppose to have no problem with international characters, it never did before, but perhaps something has changed in the last version, and we did not try it with Hebrew or similar languages. Id it possible for you to PM me a zip file of a test .skp file along with the .rof file so we can fix it? The reason I ask is because I just tried it with international file name translated with Google and it worked, that's why I need your files, test files no real work or anything, and please zip them to retain the file names, in case the forum or email modify them.

As a test, I saved a model using this file name דגם בדיקות.rof and it worked.

Thanks. I just double clicked on the .rof file and it loaded no problem and rendered it too... I'm using v4.14 CPU version. Which one do you use?

I have found the problem. when the file is saved at "H:\Amnon\לימודים" it's make the error but when the file is at "H:\Amnon\test" it's working. so no hebrew at the file path.
i'm using Raylectron_Setup_Win64_GPU.exe but it's very slow.
i will download the cpu version.
thank you for your help
i will test the program in the next few days.

You are correct, if the file name is in Hebrew but not the path, it works, but as soon as the path is in Hebrew I get the error also. We will fix it and you can expect v4.18 within a day or so.

If the GPU is very slow it is because your video card is not very good for rendering. A nice card would be the GTX-690 with 3072 stream processors. But the CPU version is also very fast, especially is you have 8 threads (4 cores) or even 12 threads (6 cores).
