installation problem - missing toolbar

I have had no luck trying to get Raylectron to install.

Windows 7 64 bit.
Sketchup 8.0.16846.0
Raylectron CPU 4.7.2

The installer runs and correctly identifies SketchUp 8 as the target to install for.
No Raylectron toolbar when SketchUp is started.
No Raylectron items under View->Toolbars
I can start the Raylectron app directly from the start menu. When this opens I see the Raylectron app window. And I also see whay looks like a SketchUp toolbar panel which is floating on the screen, stuck, completely empty (no title bar, no buttons, no labels nothing). This panel goes away when the Raylectron app is closed.

In "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Google SketchUp 8" I see the following Raylectron files:
Raylectron.dll
Raylectron.exe
Raylectron.vsf
Raylectron_Exported4.rbs
RaylectronExtension.dll

In "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Google SketchUp 8\plugins" I see no Raylectron files.

Please advise.

You may not have the admin permission so what I suggest is for you to uninstall it and download the rbz file instead and install it from the Sketchup Preference/Extensions.

Thanks for that. Using the extension works.

Not sure why there would be a permission problem. I am the sole use and administrator of this particular machine.

When the Raylectron application starts, I see the previously empty/stuck panel now shows a preview of one of the materials. It is still stuck and immovable. It doesnt seem to affect my ability to test the app. See attached screenshot.

I've never seen this before. It will not affect anything, it's just a sample to show what the material looks like. This panel comes up when you hover your mouse over the items in the "Convert this material" or in the Online database. When you move your mouse away from the list, it should go away. Is there a specific way to make this happen?
