Cannot contact raylectron

I have tried to contact raylectron to get some renderings done. had 2 attempts to send trough your 'request a quote' and after 2 failed attempts (first one just disappeared the second one had 'error 4' then I tried to contact trough support but because I do not have outlook set up the link did not work
Could you please supply an email address that I can just cut and paste?

We have received a render request a while back but it was not even near finished and no details were filled so we thought it was a joke (I don't know if it was yours). The best way for you to contact support is to use this forum, you can even use the PM (private message) to me. On our contact page, you can right click on the email link and do "copy shortcut" which will copy the email.

OK thanks, but the request was made by me today and I can assure you it was finished as this is what I do for a living.

ok, but we didn't receive anything today! I'll have the webmaster test it to make sure it works. In the mean time, you can use the PM to send me your request directly if you want this to stay private.
