360 Camera Rotation

Hello - I read on this forum on how to do a camera rotation around an image, but I can't seem to get it to work. Here is what I'm doing:
Center the image in sketchup at the camera angle I desire.
1. Export to RL
2. Click on the Camera Tab
3. Lock out the X Axis
4. Create scene 1
Here's where the issue starts....
5. When I right click the Y axis and choose 0, 45, 90, etc, it rotates the image out of frame altogether. When I drag it back into frame, it's so enlarged that I lose my camera angle and the animation won't look good. If I go into performance mode and attempt to change the Y axis. It doesn't update the camera angle whatsoever.
Am I doing something wrong, or is RL not responding as it should be? I've attached the ROF I'm testing this process with.
Thanks!
Chris
