Sketch Up 2017

Hi Support,
I have updated my Sketch Up from 2016 to 2017 and for some reason i cant download the Raylectron extension on it. I have attached images showing the process I took and the messages I have received. I hope you can help me with it

That's the problem, it works fine in Win8/7, we're fixing it now.

Hi Support, thanks for the hard work but I've just tried the V4.95 and its still not working. Exactly same as before

Which one did you use? the CPU installer or the RBZ?

I installed the CPU first then I installed RBZ. do you think the problem is that i am trying to install it on Sketchup 2017 while i am still having it on the 2016? I just dont want to end up losing it on both

Well, we forgot to update the RBZ, that's why I ask and then we updated it so now both, the RBZ or the installer (the CPU version) are both the same. Is it working fine for you now or are you still getting the same error?
