Hi,

I am trying to render my Sketchup model, but its taking too long to start Rayelectron. It has been "preparing..." for over 20 minutes. This is a larger model than I usually render (2 rooms), but I'm not sure what is happening.

I hope you can help.

Hi,
I've tried to load a previous model that used to work. The same problem is occurring: Rayelectron doesn't start from Sketchup. It gets stuck during the preparing process!
Can you help me to fix this problem?

hi, can you PM me your skp file? which version of Raylectron are you using?
