Hi Guys I have somehow changed my viewpoint settings they are now 1844x777 which is to wide. could somebody please let me know what the standard settings are on program, like a normal aspect ratio.

For support I go in to change the Newport to 1920x1080 unlock it, lock it at 1920x1080 and it renders at 1844x777 can you please explain?

There is no normal, it all depend in which device you will be using the image, like a printer, phone, TV, Youtube etc. But 1920x1080 or half of that is normal for most monitors.

The change the render resolution, you need to click on the drop down menu button at the top and enter the resolution you want. The window size is irrelevant and independent of the rendering size.
