Support wrote: Tue Apr 09, 2024 2:47 pm Good idea to let the user know. And for the list of components, I'll add a search (filter) box above it, this should make it easy?
I didn't pay attention to that at all. I'll have to do it tomorrow.
But now I'm going to bed. Cursed time difference.

Re: On a Wednesday in the Mutara Nebula

Support Don't worry, apart from the small misunderstanding in draft mode, the whole thing is, as you said, actually self-explanatory. Especially if you already have experience with the animation function of raylectron. I noticed in the other scenes that the list for my scenarios in the motion...

Re: On a Wednesday in the Mutara Nebula

Support Because it's so beautiful, here's another image. To see how stable Raylectron is when using the blur on different models, with blurring in different axes. Everything went well here. However, if you remember the image "The (Jaffa)-Empire strikes back II". I crashed Raylectron with ...

Re: On a Wednesday in the Mutara Nebula

@Support In this version, I gave the upper ship a motion blur and the lower ship a rotation blur. The rotation blur on the upper ship was either too strong, no matter how low I set the value, or disappeared completely.

Re: On a Wednesday in the Mutara Nebula

@Support :salute Finally, new menu, "Motion Blur" above the "Animation" one. The first setting "Samples" is how many rendering samples to complete the blur. The rest should be easy to understand, I hope! Copy this file in your Raylectron folder, it's not the full insta...

Re: On a Wednesday in the Mutara Nebula

@Support Honestly, Michael. I could kick myself in the butt right now that I didn't think of God's rays, but struggled with Sketchup models as phaser beams. This is so much better, on a completely different level. :salute   and yes, this looks sooooo much better indeed :salute Now ...

Re: On a Wednesday in the Mutara Nebula

ah, I get it. Motion blur, hmmm, I can implement that in Raylectron, that would give it a lot of realism. oh, and for the phaser's ray, you could make a little circle and make it a light then apply God's ray to it. Why didn't I think of god's rays as phaser beams? Thank you for reminding me....

Re: On a Wednesday in the Mutara Nebula

Support Many thanks, Michael. These are supposed to be phasers, of course. :P The blue comes from the background. The "billowing clouds" in the background are a face with a water texture set to 99% transparency, which I placed under the ships in Sketchup. The blue is because of a "la...

On a Wednesday in the Mutara Nebula

The title is a bit of a joke, of course. Anyway, I've just created a model of the U.S.S. Reliant from "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan" for my Star Trek AU "Spherical Starfleet". And since I was already done with that, I thought to myself, why don't you change your U.S.S Enterpri...

Re: WIP: Spaceport

Cool design! If I may suggest, I would get rid of the trees and try to make the repeating ground pattern less obvious. If you can change those two things, it would look perfect! I really do like the spaceport design! Many thanks. The repeating ground pattern was a mistake. Was originally even worse...

WIP: Spaceport

I always post a particularly complex, detailed picture for Christmas. Because of the amount of work involved, I always start in the spring with the respective picture for Christmas. This year it will be a spaceport with several buildings and vehicles. But I don't know yet for which franchise, Starga...
