Re: Reverted to Demo

Hi Support, Please ignore this query...Raylectron reverted to Demo mode totally but my licence code re-activated it and so far it opens two rendering windows simultaneously. (I like to render one properly and open another whilst I'm waiting to play around with the settings). Fingers crossed the glit...

Reverted to Demo

Hi Support, Up until 20 minutes ago I could open 2 or 3 renders from the Sketchup plugin simultaneously, now I've one rendering and when the second one opens it's only demo mode/ Very strange...re installed Raylectron and re-booted but still the same...has something changed or is it one at a time? R...

Best Hardware System

Hi Support, Love Raylectron to bits but I need to render a lot, very lot faster. My system is way too old for this software so can you update your recommendation for a CPU system please (with a view to release V5 requirements). If you could advise a computer at the high end and a medium end price ra...

Rendering size differences

Hi Support, Awesome renderer...getting to grips with it now, really first class results. I do have a slight problem though. I find (SU)CH plugin for Sketchup invaluable for creating different masking channels. I take everything into Photoshop for adding entourage/landscaping etc using the masks to e...

Re: Grain Free Rendering Glitch

Thanks Support, I re-made the materials as and saved as a new .cfg file, deleted the one causing the problem and it's working fine now. I'll try the section cuts, thanks for the tip. I was thinking FOV distortion was on the point of exaggeration! When I've finished the interior renders I'll send the...

Re: Grain Free Rendering Glitch

Update: I've wrestled with this problem for a few hours. Eventually re loaded the scene.rof file and remade all the materials. It must have been a corrupt .cfg file, everytime I loaded it it froze the frame and sample rate. Made a new .cfg file and loaded that into my scene and its working! Very cur...

Grain Free Rendering Glitch

Hi Support, I've been rendering for a couple of days now and am seriously impressed with the quality of the renders, this software is so intuitive. Attached a render, one of 8 I'm producing for a client...I'm very pleased with the results! This is the raw render before I take it to post processing. ...

Re: Masks

Good morning Support, You are a genius...Sunday night and you take the time and trouble to sort out this problem! It works like a dream. Exported a SU(CH) image from SU as normal, saved an image from within Raylectron at the same image size, layered them in Photoshop and they exactly match! Thank yo...

Re: Masks

Thanks again,
I'll let you know how I get on.
Turn your computer off and get your tea...I'm going for a Chinese meal now.
Look forward to starting rendering with Raylectron first thing in the morning!

Re: Masks

Thanks...I'll try that tomorrow morning, I'm sure its possible. I need to export SU(CH) and Raylectron final renders to Photoshop exactly the same so the line up perfectly. (This is possible in my last rendering software, iRender NXT, each layer was identical size). I have an interior view that the ...

Re: Masks

Hi Support, Didn't think you would be working on a Sunday...great commitment! Thanks for responding, but yes 2 point perspective was checked in Raylectron. I have attached a screenshot. It is puzzling me why I can't export exactly Raylectron images that match SU and SU(CH) rendering channels? All re...

Re: Masks

Morning, I must be doing something wrong somewhere? I really do like to export rendering channels from Sketchup using the SU(CH) plugin. This is invaluable for post processing in Photoshop. What I can't do is match up the image size once I've gone into Raylectron, despite adjusting the ratio's (top ...

Masks

Hi there, I've just started with the really intuitive Raylectron and the results are pretty amazing. However, I need to post process my rendered images in Photoshop so my question is can I save channels or masks from Raylectron? In the past using my old render software I could save a sketchup scene ...
