Re: Scandinavian Interior - model by Le Minh
Great control of material properties, I like the subtle reflection on the skirting boards, nice touches. Just shows that by keeping it simple with the correct room set up, decent models and material tweaks you can get top quality images. Raylectron works. Out of interest what resolution did you set ...

Re: V5?
Hi Support, Thanks for the quick response. Really need to export layers to PS for final post production. My work is normally compositing SketchUp models that I render in Raylectron and adding them to existing photographs to show the council planners, clients and customers. Vray has material ID chann...

Environment HDR
Hi Support, Is there any way to control the scale of an HDR after importing into Raylectron. Love the reflections an HDR gives you but I'd like more control over re sizing and positioning the background image. If you could right click the thumbnail under the Environment tab and somehow rotate, orbit...

Re: Saving as transparent
Hi Support, Finally found out what would make Raylectron near perfect for me! A dedicated Material ID channel, same as vRay. Please tell me on its the 'to do' list with the light luminosity sliders? Sorry to keep banging on about this but post production is massive in my workflow and I seriously nee...

Re: Rendering size differences
Thanks again. I'll work on your advice. Need to try rendering with an empty patch where my grass is going...in the past I've had to add a 'green' area as it is sometimes reflected in the window glass. Replacing this in PS with a real picture does take some delicate selection time but usually works. ...

Re: Saving as transparent
Thanks, that makes sense. My work around was to add a flat colour SU image of the building behind my Raylectron one to fill in the unwanted transparent areas. Next I will try saving Raylectron as transparent and one not transparent and using those. I'd still like an SU(CH) equivalent option built in...

Saving as transparent
Hi Support, I've rendered a couple of images and when I save them as transparent some of the actual image shows a very slight transparency. Glass etc does, as expected, but solid areas depicting walls, and canopies also do? I've attached a couple of images to show what I mean. This happens all the t...

Re: Rendering size differences
Hi Support, I've done a couple of test exports and tried to match them up as layers in PS. (Attached). I think the discrepancy comes from the 'jagged' edge of the pixels. All lines and profiles are off in SU and anti aliasing 'on' SU and Raylectron very slightly differ in how they interpret the pixe...

Re: Rendering size differences
Hi Support, Tried everything you've suggested, for some reason Sketchup and SU(CH) exports just don't match the Raylectron image. Same resolution, hidden lines/profiles, transparent backgrounds etc. It's very nearly, almost an exact match but it isn't and it need to be. Driving me bonkers. Only way ...

Re: Best Hardware System
Hi Szakul,
Appreciate your feedback. That's what I'm after, better everything and a smiley face!
If you don't mind me asking how much did your new system cost? Are you CPU or GPU? I don't understand computers but I know mine is slooooowwwww.
Regards
