Re: Batch Render
Sometime in 2018 foe sure but it's taking a long time because it's so different, many new hard to implement features and animations are the hardest part of it all.

Re: Batch Render
re-download it to make sure it's got all the right files, even if it say you have the latest version. We stop having it to alert you of an update because that's what users wanted, except for a few. The best PC is the fastest RAM and Intel CPU with as many cores as possible with multi-thread and capa...

Which version are you using? We have fixed that problem a while ago, maybe you should re-download Raylectron and give it another try.

Thanks and Happy New Year to you as well
Are you using the latest version because I just tried with many models all ranging from 2 scenes to 30+ scenes and all works good.

static bgnd do not respond to DOF, it's static, it's just a background, no depth, no 3D object, just flat 2D image.

Re: Groups appear in render window
v5 will come in in 2018 for sure, and, it will not be like Lumion as they are using a game engine, fake shadows and plenty of vegetation too look good. Raylectron is a real render and v5 will be much better, faster and with object animation.

Re: Groups appear in render window
I see what you mean. Raylectron does not hide groups that are hidden in a scene and visible in another because the scenes are used to animate the camera from one view to another. What you should do is create a layer that will be used to hide the objects you don't want visible and make that layer hid...

Re: Shadow Control
If you look at the shadows in the env map, they are very dark as well. You can use the Exposure in the post processing settings but it will affect everything. You can save the layers and use Photoshop to lighten the shadow layer. When you save the render output, it will ask if you want to also save ...

Re: Water is not smooth.
also, the problem is that you have nothing to reflect off the water and the container is a solid color. here is a quick render of a swimming pool covered with tiles. The water uses only a normal map, no Artisan used. The back of the water face is only 100% transparent white, the front face of the wa...

Re: Water is not smooth.
you can PM me the mode if you like.
The front face (facing up I suppose) is textured, 100% transparent. The back face, facing in the "pool" must also be 100% transparent and pure white in color and it doesn't have to be textures.

Hi,
If the face for the water the same for front and back? What are the settings you use for that material and what is the texture and normal/bump map you use? If you can send me your skp model, I'll show you how to do it in a video.

Re: Compare files ignoring extension
No it will not because its use is primarily for updating backups, say, saving your work on your laptop and then from your laptop to your home PC and visa-versa. However, our CloneMaster software will do that as it is used to find duplicate files no matter the file name, file extension or date.

Re: Problem with GPU version - Error 1000 – clcreatecontext
This GPU is very basic when it comes to rendering. It's very good for gaming and video playback, but definitely not good for rendering. Also, only 2GB of video memory where a lot of it is used for the display and Windows, not much left for the rendering data. I would use the CPU version instead, it ...
