i know i have to play with the box you suggested for the best light results - just need some time. also the background needs some improvment :)

For the TV, convert the TV screen texture to an emitter/light that's all, this will make it look like a TV and will also illuminate the room. Anything that emit light should be converted to an emitter, basically.

I see you fixed the slogan :) The same apply to pictures on the wall and other surfaces occupying the same space as another one, as a rule, never have a face touching another, always give it a small gap, even 0.001mm will do, as long as it's not exactly on it.

WOW this looks really nice, thanks for sharing :)

Suggestions if it's ok with you...

1. Make a small black border around the TV screen so it looks more like a TV?

2. The wood floor could use another texture, you can find some really nice ones which include both the diffuse and the normal map, all for free on the FilterForge web site.

Other than that, I like it, it's really nice!

pls pls, any input greatly appriciated!!

the great thing is this floor is exact what we use - on this new render i added some shine to it and its just perfect.

like the TV idea - but are screens are white  but yes, there is always a small black boarder, correct.

enjoy and keep the feedback coming!

i got the glass wrong.. next time more luck

ok, now you're getting me confused  are they both rendered?? or the top one is an actual picture with the render merged in it?

For the glass, select "Solid glass" in "Convert this material" and make sure the glass object material is applied to the group and if not, to all the front and back faces.

For the floor, you can draw the pieces as they are in real life to give it some groove. Beside that, well, I have nothing to say except you did an incredible job here, I'm very impress!

I truly wasn't sure at first, I kept scrolling back and forth until I got it, but Alien got fooled 100% (sorry for saying that Alien  )

Your second render only? really? wow, you sure did an incredible job here, and to be honest, I'm not sure if I can give you any input now that the render looks almost identical to the picture!

For the purple neon light, you can try "None" for the beam kind as oppose to Smooth, maybe it'll be more like in the picture.

May I suggest to smooth out the bottom face on the big tank. Apply the Plastic IOR value to the pamphlet holder. The accessories at the top of the tank should be chrome? not white? Other than that Patrick, I raise my hat to you, superb work you've done for your second time. Also, thank you for sharing your render with everyone.

WOW, I'm very impress Patrick! One thing you forgot is to make both flower vases in glass. The table top looks shiny rather than glass, I think the back faces are not the same material as the front faces so the light doesn't go through it. I didn't know it was a coffee machine but now it looks identical to the picture. Very nice Patrick.
