No. I have also tried different sizes. From the size in which the terrains are created to 50 times the size. I have not seen any significant difference. So if you take the normal 100x100 m area, with the basic setting, it should also be visible.
no matter what I do, it looks fine. What is the Path Depth value in the Render settings? and are you using Mode 1 and Real Shadows?
Mode 1, real shadows, path depth 1.
Wonder why path depth is set to 1. Can't remember setting this.
@Support I have uploaded the corresponding .rof and .cfg files, plus the textures folder, as a .zip file. The shadow is weaker with path depth 24. However, it is still there and the shadow of the hills looks unnaturally triangular. Above all, I wonder where the shadows further back in the image come from. It looks as if the clouds are casting shadows. But I have also tried it with the clouds deactivated. The shadows remain. Maybe you see something in the files?
I think the Sketchup model is at fault because from Raylectron, I exported your model to OBJ then imported the OBJ in Sketchup, then exported to ROF and the weird shadows are completely gone! I can't see the geometry in Raylectron but I can in Sketchup, can you send me the skp file?

Sure.
BTW, I honestly can't remember which Raylectron I just installed. I wanted to know if this shadow error was also visible in the previous beta version and had installed the beta again. And yes, these strange shadows are also displayed in the beta version. But I don't know if I had reinstalled on Build 110 before I sent the zip.
I've had a few issues with the installation in the past, so I'm going to reinstall Raylectron completely. Maybe my PC will be a bit more cooperative this time.

I just tried it with all the build way back to build 93 and all have the same result. I'm going to run some test now...
I posted build 112. What sort of problems with the installer do you get?
I found the problem. It's the scaling that does that. So if you right click the grass and convert to a component, then right click and select "Scale definition", do the same for the water plane, then it renders properly, not triangles at all. So I'll be checking why in the code it doesn't process the scale properly...
So for now, any group that have been scaled should be converted to a component and use the "Scale definition", the same for components that have been scaled, even sub-sub-sub components/groups!!!

Once again an operating error by the user!
Installation error is incorrectly expressed. Sorry. But in the past there were some minor rendering problems a few times, which were solved by reinstalling Raylectron. I can't remember what the last one was. It was definitely sometime in March. But, I think at that time the textures of the models were not always transferred correctly from Sketchup to Raylectron. But after I reinstalled Raylectron, the problem was solved.
@Support As always, you're right!
Now I'm going to tweak the ‘forest’ a bit. It needs to look ‘woodier’. Then I'll post the imagecorrectly, including the proper text.

But I'm still having a problem with the Sketchup scaling. It seems that if it's not proportionally scaled (i.e. scaling the terrain to be flatter), then we have this problem. But if scaled proportionally, from a corner, we do not. So I'm still trying to figure this out because not everyone knows to use steps I've explained to remove the scaling before exporting to Raylectron.
I found the problem, and, it was always like this, a simple math mistake No the renders looks much better, not just the terrain, but the normal maps (bump) are correct now. I can't believe this bug has never been discovered. I'll post the update shortly on the website, build 114

Many Thanks. And sorry that I didn't notify you about the final version of the landed Explorer image. By the way, thanks to Micheal's work, here is the much improved version:
