Star Trek: Bring him down!

Post by Okwa »

Starfleet's 120th Fighter-Bomber Squadron “Andor's Revenge” against a Klingon Siege Raptor of the Na'Qjej-Class. The Raptor, armed with a single heavy disruptor cannon, is the terror of all enemies of the Klingon Empire, as the Na'Qjej can deliver a devastating orbital bombardment with its cannon. Therefore, wherever there is a Na'Qjej, the battle cry goes out “BRING HIM DOWN!”

Many Thanks. :D
God's rays. Also on the first picture of this post here: viewtopic.php?t=2252 :D
But it took some fiddling to achieve this result. Not only in Raylectron, but also in designing the “emitter” correctly in Sketchup. It has to be a disk that has a diameter, whose size is obviously dependent on the size of the overall scene and the color of the beam.

oh!!! I thought you used Gimp and just drew lines on the first one, so I didn't ask. But this one wasn't just lines and got me very curious. Well done Chris :salute

:D Well, the appearance of the god rays depends on the size of the overall scene. I can't remember exactly, but I think this scene here is only 1/2 or even 1/3 the size of the other scene in terms of the dimensions on all axes. That certainly makes a difference to the appearance of the rays.
