I've attached an image of a render I am completing, but there seems to be a lot of graining on the main two walls.
Is there any way to prevent this, I'm using the demo and using 2 threads as my computer is slightly old.
Cheers

Re: Grainy Rendering
You need to use the "Grain free" mode in the Illumination setting. Also, if you are going to use outdoor light such as the sun/sky, you need to place Portals outside your windows.

Re: Grainy Rendering
Thanks for the response. I'm still a bit new to this program so how do I set up portals? Is that the vest way to get sunlight through a window?
Re: Grainy Rendering
Take a look at our video tutorials, it's the 4th video, it show how to create portals...

Re: Grainy Rendering
Thanks, still can't get my portal to work, I've followed the tutorial step-by-step and the option is ticked in Raylectron, but nothing... Any ideas what it could be?
Re: Grainy Rendering
Have you made sure your portal front face are facing into the room and that they are not touching the actual window? Also, is your window glass transparent on both front and back faces? If you like, I can connect with you using team viewer and show you. Send me a PM (private message) with your ID/pswd.

Re: Grainy Rendering
Do portals work in the demo version?
Re: Grainy Rendering
Yes they do. The demo is fully functional, only the resolution is limited.

Re: Grainy Rendering
Ok thanks, if I was to attach the SketchUp file I'm using, would you be able to see if you can render it with a portal please?
Re: Grainy Rendering
yes we can do that, you can PM it to me so it's private and I can render it and show you how it's done.
