I've sent a few form submissions to support and haven't received a response. I'm unable to register my software.
I do have my license information, but BlackWidow just ignores it. - No errors or anything.
I'm entering in the following format:
Name : REMOVED
Serial : ###-####-##-#####
Code : ##-####
Is this the correct format for the current version?
