Tried this, and for 40 seconds Raylectron ran at 100%, then dropped off again. Something is telling me that the answer to this is to upgrade to windows 11. I'm downloading it now.

Windows 11 solved the problem. Ran for 10 minutes at 95%. CPU Temp topped out at 90c. I can live with this. Now to relearn how to navigate Windows :D

oh wow, 'm glad Win11 took care of this and thanks for letting me know. Others who may have the same problem now have a solution. I'm not using Win11 yet lol, but we do have a Win11 test machine. Soon to be out is v5 with natural skies, sun, clouds and stars so you don't need to find a background picture.

I'm warming up to windows 11, which I'm beginning to believe was created specifically for the 12th gen Intel CPU's. The interface is Android-like, clean and simple. The issue I was having with Raylectron is most definitely rectified. My only apprehension is working drivers for older hardware, printer (my trusty old Dell 1130 monochrome laser, best printer I've ever had, 9 years old and still going strong), scanner, etc. I've lost a couple pieces of software that I will no longer be able to run :? . Looking forward to V5. Thanks again for all your help.

That is the problem with Win11, legacy hardware and even software will not longer work. But, we have to keep up with new technologies. Just when you get use to something, it all changes and have to get use to it all over again.

I'm glad Raylectron works good for you now. v5 will be out soon, with the new sky, sub, moon, clouds and stars.
