Hi,
I purchased Black Widow and Brown Recluse many years ago. I do not have my original confirmation email.
Today, I installed BR and updated, entering my Name/Key/Code without any problem.
When I try to install BW, version 5, I am unable to activate, by typing in the Name/Serial/Code.
Is it possible to have the activation information mailed again?
