The bathroom is very nice, and there is very little to be done with it to make it more realistic as it already looks realistic. Maybe more shine on the tiles ate.

For the livingroom, yes, it can look a lot better. I don't know what you used for the lights but it doesn't look right. I would first have to see your settings for the Illumination.
