Good morning, everything is fine.
Can someone help me with the lighting?
has a light in the niche; two on the ceiling (one is 100% transparent) and the other on the pendant.
What I wanted to improve is that it looks blown out in some parts and not dark in others, like the ceiling and shower.
thanks
I'm struggling to improve this

Re: lighting
another situation
If I leave several samples, the image will be overexposed.
and this didn't happen before I noticed the update.
does anyone know why

Re: lighting
Hello,
Your rendering skills are improving a lot
The new version provides better shine from light sources so it's more realistic. But you should set your light to the default, render a few samples to see how bright it is, then adjust. One sample only is not enough, and the old way was too mat and too slow.
You may need to also adjust the shine of your object as the new way makes it stronger for highlights.

Hello,
"The new version provides better brightness from light sources, so it's more realistic. But you should set your light to default, render some samples to see how bright it is, and then adjust."
This light adjustment would maintain 35 and decrease the area.
But when I want the porcelain to reflect, being polished porcelain it has a high shine,
I increase the shine value.
Another thing is the glass, I'm not achieving the same results as before.
I will attach the file if I can look at what is disconfigured
I thank.

Re: lighting
That's correct, unless you want very powerful lights.Thiago wrote: Fri Apr 12, 2024 2:20 pm This light adjustment would maintain 35 and decrease the area.
This is also correct.Thiago wrote: Fri Apr 12, 2024 2:20 pm But when I want the porcelain to reflect, being polished porcelain it has a high shine,

You have set the glass transparency to 99% but you should set it to 100%Thiago wrote: Fri Apr 12, 2024 2:20 pm Another thing is the glass, I'm not achieving the same results as before.
There is something wrong with the Portal. You placed it on the open window instead of the window frame (the opening in the wall) and there will be many missed rays because the portal does not cover the entire opening.
Besides that, you did a great job in the settings.
