Image Export Issue

Post by AnnaL »

Noticing an issue today with image export. The first image below is what the rendering looks like on my screen within Raylectron. The second is what it looks like after I export. [cropped to match the what i can view on the rendering screen]. Not sure why I'm getting so much noise on the image export. Thoughts?

It's snot supposed to do this as it saves what's on the viewport. What format did you save it as? and did you select to save with transparent background?

png with transparent background. Tried with non-transparent background (see below) and its fine so not sure what's causing it.

Any reflections/shine etc that reflect the background will be alpha blend. If you are not planning to use the image over your own background, it's best not to save with transparency, especially if you don't see the background.

makes sense! I will make sure to export at non-transparent when having open backs on my rooms. Thanks!
